Ground floor— stable door leading to sitting room and dining area and fully equipped kitchen, with stable door leading to private enclosed garden and patio area with garden furniture and BBQ, with access to large open garden with boule and table tennis and ample space for sports and activities, bike hire available (on request).

Swimming Pool.

First floor—2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, and one twin beds. Shower room with washbasin.

Cooker, microwave, fridge, washing machine, iron & ironing board, kettle, toaster, TV with English Sky TV and French television, DVD player, radio cassette CD player, BBQ & patio furniture.

When you arrive you will find a welcome pack in your gite of a loaf of bread, cheese, butter, coffee, tea, sugar, milk and a bottle of wine.

All bedding, towels and electric central heating & gas are included in the price.
